Information about delivery, returns and order handling

This Shipping & Return Policy explains how Noisewood handles delivery, shipping, returns and cancellations for products purchased through our online store.


1. Shipping

1.1 Destinations

Noisewood ships worldwide, except to countries restricted by transport limitations or international regulations.

1.2 Dispatch times

  • Ready to Ship items: dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Custom-made pedalboards: production lead times are shown on the product page.
    These times are indicative and may vary depending on material availability and workshop planning.

A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has been handed over to the carrier.

1.3 Shipping carriers

We work with trusted carriers such as:

  • bpost

  • PostNL

  • DPD

  • UPS

  • DHL

The carrier used depends on the destination, size and weight of the shipment.

1.4 Shipping costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel size.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees. These are the responsibility of the receiver.

1.5 Delivery information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct delivery address.
Noisewood is not liable for failed delivery due to incorrect address details.

Once the parcel has been delivered to the address provided—or collected at a pickup point—the responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer.

1.6 Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • photos of the packaging

  • photos of the damage

  • your order number

We will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.


2. Returns & Cancellations

2.1 Custom-made products (No return policy)

Most Noisewood pedalboards are custom-made or personalised, which includes:

  • engraving

  • colour choices (wood stain / duo-colour)

  • hardware configuration

  • connector bay selection

  • layout-specific builds

Under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, customised or made-to-order products cannot be returned, refunded or cancelled once production has started.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts this policy.

2.2 Returns of non-custom items

Standard accessories that are not personalised may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided they are:

  • unused

  • undamaged

  • in original packaging

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

Refunds are issued once the item has been inspected and approved.

2.3 How to request a return

To request a return for an eligible product:

  1. Email info@noisewood.com

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Await return instructions

  4. Ship the item using secure, trackable shipping

Items returned without prior approval cannot be processed.

2.4 Order cancellations

Orders for Ready to Ship products may be cancelled before dispatch.

Orders for custom-made products cannot be cancelled once materials have been reserved or production has started.


3. Lost shipments

If your parcel appears lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
A replacement or refund will only be issued once the investigation confirms the parcel is lost.
