The following Terms & Conditions outline your rights and obligations when purchasing from Noisewood.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all online purchases made through the Noisewood website.
2. Applicability
By placing an order through our website, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms, to the exclusion of all other conditions.
Any deviation from these Terms is only valid if expressly agreed in writing by Noisewood.
These Terms comply with:

3. Products
Noisewood manufactures and sells handcrafted wooden pedalboards, related accessories and customisation options such as laser engraving, exclusive wood stain finishes, connectivity modules and hardware options.
Natural variations
Wood is a natural material; variations in colour, grain and texture are normal and do not constitute a defect.
Customised and made-to-order products
Many Noisewood products are produced according to customer specifications. Engraving, colour selection, hardware options and layout choices classify the product as customised under EU law.
These products are excluded from the right of withdrawal (see Article 10).
Product descriptions, images and specifications on the website serve as an approximation. Minor differences may occur due to handcrafted production.
4. Prices
All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Shipping charges are displayed separately during checkout.
Prices may be updated at any time, but the price applicable at the time of purchase remains valid for that specific order.
Customs duties or import taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the Customer.
5. Orders and Payments
Customers can select products, add them to the shopping cart and complete their purchase through our checkout system.
Payments are processed securely via Mollie, offering:

An order is considered final once payment has been successfully received and Noisewood has issued an order confirmation.
Noisewood reserves the right to refuse orders in case of suspected fraud or prior payment issues.
6. Production and Delivery
Lead times vary depending on whether the item is made-to-order or listed as Ready to Ship.

Ready to Ship: dispatch within 1–3 working days

Custom-made products: production time as shown on the product page (indicative, not binding)
Delays caused by third-party carriers are outside Noisewood's control.
The Customer receives tracking information once the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
Noisewood ships worldwide unless restricted by local laws or transport limitations.
7. Shipping
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the Customer.
The Customer is responsible for correct and complete delivery information.
Upon physical receipt by the Customer or a designated third party, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer.
If damage or defects are detected upon delivery, the Customer must notify Noisewood within 48 hours and provide photographic evidence.
8. Pickup
If offered, customers may choose to collect their order in Oudenaarde.
Pickup is available by appointment only.
9. Retention of Title
All goods remain the property of Noisewood until full payment has been received.
10. Warranty
In accordance with EU law, a 2-year warranty is provided on manufacturing defects for consumer purchases.
The warranty does not cover:

normal wear and tear
-
damage resulting from improper installation or misuse
-
damage caused by moisture, impacts or accidents
-
modifications made by the Customer or third parties
-
natural wood variations
Warranty claims will be evaluated individually.
11. Right of Withdrawal
11.1. No right of withdrawal for custom-made items
Under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the Customer does not have a right of withdrawal for:
-
personalised products
-
items produced according to the Customer's specifications
-
engraved, colour-customised or hardware-customised pedalboards
Most Noisewood pedalboards fall under this category.
11.2. Return of non-custom items
Standard, non-customised accessories may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided they are:
-
unused
-
undamaged
-
in their original packaging
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
Refunds are processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected.
12. Liability
Noisewood is not liable for:
-
indirect or consequential damages
-
damage caused by incorrect installation of pedals, power supplies or cables
-
loss or damage due to improper use
-
third-party modifications
-
electrical issues unrelated to Noisewood products
Liability is limited to the amount of the Customer’s order.
13. Force Majeure
Noisewood cannot be held liable for failure to fulfil obligations in situations of force majeure, including but not limited to:

supplier delays
-
material shortages
-
transport disruptions
-
natural disasters
-
fire or water damage
-
pandemics
-
strikes or power failures
Noisewood may suspend or cancel the order in such circumstances.
14. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, texts, product photos, branding and content on www.noisewood.com are the intellectual property of Noisewood (Andress Consulting).
They may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.
15. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data are processed in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

16. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Belgian law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of East Flanders, division Oudenaarde, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
