Questions about your Tour
How does building my board work?
You choose your setup, size, finish, connections and personalisation above. The price updates with every choice, so what you see is what you pay.
We build your Tour by hand in our workshop in Oudenaarde, Belgium. Typical build time is 2 to 3 weeks.
Not sure what fits your rig? Send us your setup and we help you choose before you order.
What comes standard on every board?
- Handmade in Belgium: one workshop in Oudenaarde, no production line.
- Birch plywood: quiet by nature, with no ringing or resonance picked up by a microphone.
- Double-deck construction: power supply and cabling hidden underneath, so the playing surface stays clean.
- Integrated 230V inlet: one cable to the wall, standard on every Noisewood board.
Which size do I need?
Every board comes in a width of 350, 450 or 600 mm and a depth of 340 or 460 mm.
The depth follows your setup. A pedals-only board uses 340 mm, a switcher needs 460 mm, and a modeler or multi-effect works with both. The configurator above takes you to the right depth based on what you choose.
For the width, count your pedals and leave room for an expression pedal if you use one. Compare all pedalboards.
Which finishes are available on the Tour?
- Natural Birch: oiled, the standard Tour finish. Clean and timeless, it lets your gear stand out.
- Stealth Black: a sprayed matte black finish, +€25.
Hardware comes in silver as standard, or black for +€20. On the Tour that covers the screws, the hinges and the butterfly latches. See all finishes.
What comes with the lid?
Every Tour comes with a protective lid. It closes over your pedals with butterfly latches, so the board travels as one solid case between rehearsals, sessions and live shows.
The lid is engraved with the Noisewood logo as standard. You can choose one of five designs instead (Flying guitar, Ghost, Bass, Pulse or Skull) for €19, or upload your own artwork for €59.
Add-ons for the lid: egg-crate foam inside, to protect your pedals when the board is closed, for €15, and a shoulder strap with mounting hooks for €39.
Do I need a connection package?
No. Power only gives you the integrated 230V inlet and nothing else. A connection package adds jacks to the side of the board, so you plug in once and leave the cabling inside.
- Essential: 4 × TRS on the right panel.
- TRS: plus one TRS on the left panel.
- XLR: plus two XLR outputs on the left panel.
- Custom: USB-C, MIDI or your own routing, on request.
A connection panel can also be added or changed later. It arrives wired and ready to fit, so you can swap it yourself. See all connections.
How do shipping, pickup and returns work?
When your board is ready, it is shipped insured within the EU in a custom carton.
You can also collect it in person in Oudenaarde. Choose pickup at checkout and we confirm by email as soon as it is ready for you.
Because every board is built to your own configuration, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. The two-year legal warranty does.
