Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through the Noisewood online store.
Noisewood is a trade name of Andress Consulting BV, based in Belgium.
1. Shipping destinations
We ship within the European Union through our online store:
- Belgium
- Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany and France
- Rest of EU: Austria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden
Is your EU country not listed? Contact us at info@noisewood.com and we will check the options for your destination.
Online checkout is currently not available for destinations outside the EU. If you are located outside the EU, contact us and we will check the possibilities individually.
2. Shipping costs
We use one fixed shipping rate per region, whatever the size of your board:
- Belgium: €14.95
- Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany and France: €24.95
- Rest of EU: €49.95
All rates include standard tracked shipping. We choose the carrier that suits your destination best.
The complete order total, including shipping costs, is shown during checkout before you place your order.
3. Local pickup
Local pickup is available at Muziekhandel Oudenaarde, our partner shop in Oudenaarde, Belgium. Select pickup at checkout and we will let you know when your order is ready to collect.
4. Ready-to-ship products
Products marked Ready to ship are normally dispatched within 2–3 working days after successful payment.
This is a dispatch timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Actual delivery time depends on the destination and the carrier.
5. Made-to-order products
Made-to-order Noisewood products are produced specifically after the order is placed.
The normal production time is approximately 2–3 weeks, unless another timeframe is stated on the product page, in the cart or communicated to the customer.
The order is shipped once production has been completed.
6. Mixed orders
If an order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order products, we normally ship the complete order together once all items are ready.
In this case, the made-to-order production time determines when the complete order can be dispatched.
If you require separate shipment of available items, please contact us before placing your order. Additional shipping costs may apply.
7. Delivery times
Delivery times shown by a carrier or during checkout are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, public holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If an unexpected delay occurs on our side, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.
8. Delivery address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.
Please check your delivery information carefully before completing your order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@noisewood.com.
We cannot guarantee that a delivery address can still be changed once an order has been dispatched.
9. Tracking
Every shipment is tracked. Tracking information is provided after the order has been shipped.
Tracking updates are supplied by the carrier and may occasionally take some time to appear after dispatch.
10. Damaged or missing shipments
If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, please keep the packaging and contact us as soon as possible.
If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@noisewood.com so that we can investigate the shipment with the carrier.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
11. Returns
Returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. A summary is available on our Shipping & Returns page.
For eligible withdrawals, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise required by law or agreed by Noisewood.
